Embark on a StarLite Dinner Cruise and enjoy a unique and complete evening of dining, dancing and entertainment. Here is what you can expect when you book a cruise with StarLite.

Small parties booking a StarLite Cruise will only be asked to purchase a ticket covering the cruise portion of your event prior to boarding. This ticket purchase covers the cost of the cruise and entertainment. Once on board you will order and pay for you dining service in much the same way you would in any other restaurant. Dinner purchase is required on board and you will have a choice of up to ten delicious entrees of varying prices from which to select. From Seafood Mediterranean to Filet Mignon and Chicken Alfredo to our Surf and Turf, you’ll have a hard time deciding among the many items on this taste-tempting menu. For larger groups, StarLite also offers a variety of cruise and dinner packages allowing the guest to still individually select an entrée but with one convenient price for the host.

Board the vessel of your choice after checking in with the dockside agent. Once on board you will be greeted by crew members and dining room staff who will escort you to your individual reserved table. The server assigned to attend to your needs throughout the cruise will then greet you and explain any specials on the menu and how the evening will progress. You’ll have time to look over the menu while your server fulfills your request for your favorite beverage from our fully stocked service bar. Once you have made a selection from the menu, you will have time to explore the ship as it will take approximately an hour for the galley staff, under the direction of StarLite's executive chef, to freshly prepare the entrees ordered by the ship’s passengers.

It’s 7:00 p.m., the ship’s horn sounds, the lines are cast off and it’s time to enjoy a beautiful cruise along smooth and scenic inland waters. Live entertainment ignites the night. As the ship gets underway, so does the evening’s entertainment. Talented, professional musicians fill the night air with the perfect collection of hits to match your mood. StarLite is the only cruise line that provides live entertainment while cruising the inland waters of the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area. Relax at your table and take in the sights through large picture windows or take time to explore the vessel and venture out for a stroll on one of the ship’s observation decks. Experience a soft breeze, beautiful views and a spectacular sunset over the Gulf of Mexico as the vessel slowly cruises the bay waters. You’re also likely to catch a glimpse of one of the many resident dolphin of the area.

Dinner is served and it is time to return to your table. Your server will be happy to refresh your drinks or perhaps present a selection you have made from our list of fine wines. Your entrée is accompanied with StarLite’s signature tropical baby green salad along with French bread and extra virgin olive oil combined with a special blend of herbs and spices for dipping. After the entrée enjoy dessert or order from an extensive list of after dinner liquors and specialty drinks.

After dinner take in a little romantic star gazing out on deck or dance the night away as the band picks up the beat and plays your favorite requests from yesterday and today. From romantic ballads to the fun sounds of the ‘60’s ‘70’s and ‘80’s, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

The clock strikes ten and the ship glides back into dock. Your cruise is coming to an end but the memories of an outstanding evening will be with you for a long time to come.
