With StarLite, you have several booking alternatives. Both of our StarLite Yachts and Calypso Tropical Cruises are available for private charter during the daytime or evening. Choosing to hold your event during a public cruise is also entirely possible. You can reserve any of several different-sized dining decks with exclusive seating for your event or your guests can simply be seated together at reserved adjacent tables.

  • StarLite Majesty Dining Yacht and StarLite Sapphire Dining Yacht are unlike most other banquet facilties. Once on board, your guests will each select from a variety of taste tempting entrees, all professionally prepared in our galley and served by our courteous, attentive staff.
  • Calypso Queen and Calypso Breeze offers a tropical island style buffet for a fun and casual event showcasing our beautiful beach vistas. The majority of Calypso Tropical Cruise options include complimentary beer, wine, rum punch and soft drinks for your guests.

Your guests will love StarLite's beautifully appointed dining areas. Large picture windows reveal constantly changing panoramic views as you cruise smooth, scenic inland waters.
 
For public cruises, your guests will board the vessel prior to the public boarding, so that your ceremony will be in private. We offer reserved seating so that you'll have a reserved grouping of adjacent tables all within one of our dining levels. Larger parties can reserve any of several different-sized dining decks with exclusive seating for your event by guaranteeing certain passenger minimums. Our house entertainment plays for all the groups and passengers on board, but we reserve a private dance for you to do your First Dance.
 
Private charters include our house entertainment and music selections can be customized for your enjoyment.
